Eligibility

Membership in AAUW is open to any graduate holding an associate or equivalent, baccalaureate, or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution. Student affiliates are enrolled in an associate’s or a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited two- or four-year institution.

In principle and practice the American Association of University Women values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability.

Dues

The dues for the Knoxville branch of AAUW for 2020/2021 are $84 per year for national, state, and local affiliation. Membership year runs from July 1 – June 30. New members may join mid-year for a pro-rated amount. Student memberships are also available at a reduced rate.
